Request Secure Email
Lockmagic Secure Reply feature enables users to securely receive information from anyone in the world. All you need is the person's email address. The person is not required to register, login or have any knowledge of Lockmagic.
How it works?
The process starts by entering the person's email address and an optional note describing the request. Lockmagic will send a regular email message card (see sample below) to the specified email address with a secure link to a ready-to-send email form. The recipient clicks on the "Reply Now" button to open the form, enters any sensitive information in the message body, attach files, and press Send. That's it - very easy and simple.
You will receive a secure email message that is authorized only to your email address. In this manner, you can securely obtain information from anyone with a single click. When you access the secure message, the other person will receive a notification email as a confirmation receipt.
By default the invitation card is sent using Lockmagic service email address. However, you can use your own email account to send the invitation card. Follow these instructions:
- Open compose new message form on your email client
- Fill out request form and Press 'Show Preview'
- Drag & Drop the displayed card into a the compose window
- Fill out email of recipient on new message compose window and Press send
